Third time taking kids. Great day had Food not the best but had worse. After speaking to the Cook (being a chef myself), realising staff hadn't turned up to help her out and a lot of parties she had to cater for, she had done a brilliant job and everyone should appreciate her efforts. All staff were friendly and niceAs always, our experience was wonderful Thanks guys
Chermside water park was an amazing experience! The staff were so helpful and kind. They provided a lovely shaded area for our group party. The guys operating the slides were lots of fun and the kids had a blast. We cant wait to come back again. Thanks for a fantastic day out!
Only come once a year and every time we come we always unfortunately run into a downright rude staff member. Today I was suddenly verbally attacked and falsely accused of bringing in take away when it WASN'T mine by a female staff member without being asked if it was actually mine or not and threatened to be kicked out. Spoke to the Manager who was lovely and actively listened and responded. Other than that incident, it's been a great day out with the family.
I wish I had read the reviews on this place after spending $70 on entry and a couple of nuggets that took half an hour to make after theyd forgotten about my order. No apology but happy to ask for another 30cents for sauce. This place is a sh..t Show and tired run down with clearly NO MANAGEMENT IN PLACE! Do yourself a favour Dont Go!
After being told on entry "there are lockers available" I then went over to find them.. I found I had to pay. The machine indicated - no change given. But stated nowhere on there how much they actually were, nor was I told this when paying my entry and informed of the lockers. Went back lined up again.. and asked the cost got $3 the correct amount. Machine still not working..I found a staff member who said oh yeah they get too Hot in the sun and the screen turns off, ..he actually nicely pulled the thing Open and gave me a locker. After my swim I waited and waited to be served as no way of getting back into my manually opened locker myself. eventually got to the font of the cue where a lady said "yeah there not working we've called someone.. " I said yes I am aware they are not working, I Just need someone to open it for me like before. She yelled can we just not have lockers.. And the same helpful male did retrieve my belongings for me. The thing is, if clearly everyone is aware the lockers are broken, Don't offer people one! Put an Out of order sign up. And save yourselves and customer's the hassle. I also didn't need to hear your whining about having called someone and feeling like I burdened you by asking to get my things back. Also move them to the shade! It will then stop the issue. "The manager on duty" gave me a filthy look when I asked questions about goggles. The pool and especially the change rooms were dirty and smelt disgusting.Should have trusted the reviews. Definitely won't be returning!
