ZERO STARS. Most unprofessional, disgusting service I have ever experienced. I was prepared to try out Samsung after years of being a loyal apple user, until I was greeted (if you can even call it that!) by one of your employees named Dale I wont EVER be retiring to Samsung ever again!!!! APPLE 4 LIFE !!!!!
Look at the ratings! Can a company this big gets such a rating? Yes when owner of one of the branches goes super greedy. Regardless of having good or not good quality products the customer service is the matter. Don't try to rip your customers as much as it possible. Replace customer's unit with a fualty unit so they come back and you charge them again! Will they come back again? Not me! Don't waste your hard earn money here people, Harvey Norman, office works and other businesses like them are so much better in customer service than these guys. Just don't waste your time and money especially in this branch. Just an advice from a person who's been charged a lot of money for their very bad services.
had the most helpful experience at this store. Hayden was excellent with amazing knowledge. He even showed me how to do things that I hadn't asked.cannot recommend this store highly enough if you have any problems that need fixing.
I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. I have a Samsung galaxy s9 plus and the battery dies so quickly. So there is definately a problem with the battery. All they told me was that I have too many apps running in the background, considering I clear them all the time. All the guy said was to keep on clearing them... would not reccomend, also next phone I will have will be an iPhone.
Brandon, the guy who served my mother and I was honestly amazing! He was friendly, helpful and funny. He was good to have a chat to when our phone was doing a transfer. Would highly recommend! Thanks for the good experience!
