Beautiful flowers and fairly affordable
I'm so happy with the service that i received from Rosita flowers. I can highly recommend this florist. I had a very specific colour request for the flowers that i wanted to purchase as a graduation gift for my niece. The florist at Rosita flowers was so kind and helpful . She managed to create exactly what i wanted and also sent me a photo of the bouquet before it was delivered to my niece. Before finding Rositas' florist, i spent four days contacting other florists all over the Brisbane area trying to find what i wanted in my colour selection. I was told by every other florist that they couldn't help me and that if i wanted something from them then i need to select something from their website, otherwise they couldn't help me. This was not the case with Rositas'. They listened to what i wanted, used they knowledge and skills as a florist to create exactly what i was after. I couldn't be more happy with them and i can highly recommend them to everyone.
FALSE ADVERTISING! I bought a preserved rose for a friend for her birthday. Since I live interstate, I went on Rosita Flowers website and thought the $59 preserved rose in the fishbowl looked amazing. I paid $30 for delivery and my friend was thrilled to recieve the surprise. However, when she sent me a photo, the bowl that the rose was in was completely different and looked cheaper and thinner than shown on the website. I was surprised and contacted the florist, as the website clearly said they'd notify the customer if any substitutions were necessary. The manager told me they'd run out of the bowl and substituted for a supposedly more expensive one. It looked very similar to the cheaper option for $49 and I would have chosen that one if I had known. I was told that they'd also run out of that bowl, so I could have gotten the product for $10 cheaper with the same bowl. I've been since told there's nothing they're willing to do other than a store credit on return of the product. But it was a birthday gift and I can't simply take it back. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way this issue was not resolved. Remember to triple check your purchases!!
Not only does Rosita Flowers have the most amazing roses, their service tops the charts and their prices are more than fair. I ordered a last minute bunch of natural Australian flowers to be sent to a work colleague and the bouquet that arrived was as spectacular as the one in the photo on the website. And this week I purchased a preserved rose - again the team went out of their way to wrap it up in a special gift box/bag. I won't buy from anywhere else again!
