I would like to say that the staff worker called Vinnie is always so friendly and deserves a big pat on the back by her boss. Maybe even a raise haha. She makes me feel welcome every fortnight when I fill up, and is never grumpy! Well done Vinnie!
I went to this service station this morning to fill up my car as I have a Puma discount card that was given to me when the service station first opened up. I have always used this service station. However after filling up my car with 57 litres of premium fuel, I went to the shop to pay only to be told that they no longer give the discount. There is no expiry date on the card and I feel that they should have at least honoured the card this time and perhaps retained the card so that it could no longer be used. They do not even have the curtesy to at least have a sign stating that they no longer offer the discount. I could not refuse to take the fuel once it was in my car, I feel totally ripped off by this company as I could have bought the fuel cheaper at the 711 fuel just a few kilometres away.
