Incredibly unprofessional and a terrible service. Poor quality extensions were used in my hair, it looked nothing like the photo I showed her of how my hair had been done previously. It was cut completely crooked the first time and when I went back to have it fixed it was cut crooked again. Then my scalp was scalded with hot water in an attempt to straighten out the kinks in the braids. I wish I had saved my money and gone somewhere else.
