The staff are fantastic, always friendly, know me and my family and cope exceptionally well with my vague descriptions of what I think I need to work on my next project. And when they can't help me with something in store they always refer me effectively to someone local that can help or order in what I need. Their prices are mostly good and the service more than compensates for any price issues. The store is easy to navigate too. Thumbs up from this handynoob.
