Absolutely wonderful experience. Jennifer said that she would have a stone delivered into the store on the same day as another store told me they would do the same.. after having my engagement ring made at Michael Hill, Im still waiting for the other store to call me back..Not only did they assist in helping me choose a setting that Im estatic about, they had it all made within 2 weeks! Right before Christmas :) I did a lot of research on the stone and theyre competitive!The initiative that the staff have to get the job done was just fantastic and Im totally wrapped! I will definitely purchase from MH again!
