Wonderful place to take the children... especially on rainy cold days! Great renovated area at the back with lounges, beanbags and heaps of books! Also love the Tuesday and Wednesday morning children's story-time activity groups. We have had a lot of fun here :-) Would be wonderful if the Hamilton Council actually added a children's indoor play area in the vacant space between the library and museum (or even better in the new mall). Apart from the library the only place to take the kids in Winter is Mcdonalds as they have the ONLY undercover play area available in town. Small simple things make a BIG difference to parents.
I love going to the library, it's great place to find information and has great assistant's. I always know if I need a hand I can go to a person there.
