20 min wait in store yesterday before our number was called. 16 min wait in the drive thru today. Very disappointed in the wait time. Young workers do the best they can. Howver, the store needs to have sufficient experienced staff to show them how to manage when extremely busy.

My coffee was fine but the girl serving had a face that would scare small children. Gave me a number for my order and it didn't appear on the board. I asked for my order and she scowled and nodded down to the 2 Mcflurries sitting in front of her. No spoons. Excuse me, could I have 2 spoons? Massive eye roll, spoons shoved in. Wonder what would happen if I ordered a happy meal...
