Movie was good and the sound was good. The cinema was daggy though with torn seats. Also the person at the ticket desk was very unhelpful claiming all the seats apart from the ones in the front row were sold out. This turned out to be untrue as there were quite a few that remained vacant throughout the film. There are much better and cheaper places to go so I will not be back. Here is a photo of the seat arm.
Many of the seats in the cinema need repair. Even some of the light covers on the walls are broken and need repair. Premium prices are charged so a few $$$ spent to keep the place comfortable and neat is not too much to ask.
Good comfortable seats. My only dislike is to be lied to when buying a ticket. Due to seat numbers being handed out we were told that the only seats left in the cinema were the 2 we were given. Had no problem with that until i looked around during the movie to find that the cinema was only half full. Seats left everywhere.
Seats are comfortable but don't recline. Prices for ticket aren't too bad on good days but I wish they would realise that doubling the cost just to get a drink and some popcorn is ridiculous. If they want people to start going again they need to enjoy the experience not spend the time wondering why they didn't do the cheaper option of an expensive restaurant a couple of dollars for a drink and the same for the popcorn would still make money but then everyone would actually buy them and go more often. It would become a regular thing again, rather than the special occasion it is becoming
Great Service! Food sometimes a bit bland ... and pricey ... but otherwise Great Break as Experience. Maybe Time for Event Cinemas To Upgrade Lounges a bit.Sound is Worldclass ... Seating Comfortable and spacious. Recommended.
