Have used Portside for 2 years now as a FIFO worker. The staff are always helpful and the pick up prompt.They have also gone out of their way to help when I have had to change plans unexpectedly. Would recommend to anyone. .
Booking online was easy and the arrival process was efficient and friendly. Staff were helpful and there was minimal wait time for the van to cruise terminal. At pickup the van was full but had luggage space, so we did the 10 minute walk which was easy. Will use again for our next cruise .
I pre booked. Drop off was quick and simple. The shuttle was available but I preferred to stretch my legs and walk to the cruise terminal. Pick up was also very quick and the car was easily accessible. Great work and a great service for cruises.

This is a great company for parking. You drive into the parking shed, drop your key off at the front and only 100m away is the cruise ship terminal. There is also a shuttle bus option. When we returned we got our key, our car had been moved so we could get it out easy and off we went. Will certainly book again! The convenience is wonderful.
