Great location with minimum service. By saying minimum, it means MINIMUM. The front desk lady the other night almost rolled her eyes to me just because I was asking about hdmi cable and other adapters which she didnt have. There was a really drunk guy who broke a bottle intentionally on the ground floor and almost hurt another man, 30 minutes later there was no police but just one security. I lost a ring in my room, and I had to provide my credit card detail through email. I didnt feel comfortable doing it, and eventually I had to give up my ring. I believe there are alternatives. This hotel does not worth the hype. There are better choices even within 3 minutes walk.

PositiveApartment was big. It was clean and inviting. Outdoor area was wonderful to sit down and relax. The pools were really big and perfect to have a relaxing time. The bar and grill seemed nice, as we did not eat here but we saw it whilst in the pool.NegativeWe would've like to be placed higher than level 4, but our view was good anyway.Rules should be more enforced. In the pool area there is a sign that said no balls or pool toys in pool. Yet there were so many kids playing with hard footballs which had just missed my family so many times and they would take half the pool to use the balls. We were also annoyed that in the indoor pool, where it says no jumping or diving there were teenagers there doing bombs and making our swimming time extremely unpleasant. Please hire more guards to make sure that nobody is breaking the rules. Our time here was great so having to leave was our biggest negative. If anyone decides to stay here, make sure to check out skypoint. It was awesome.

Great location and n easy walk to the main area around surfers paradise. The room had a beautiful view at night. Our serviced apartment was clean. They have two very nice outdoor pools which do become busy in the afternoon. However, at times it was a bit off putting having long hair floating around the smaller pool.

Expensive but Incredible!!We were lucky to have been there on a beautiful summer's day (and there are lots of those at Surfers!). We started with lunch & lazed around to finish with a looooong afternoon tea. The food was as you'd expect, but a tad bit overpriced. The service was good too. Finding suitable sitting area is always a challenge, especially during peak periods - so beware. However, the views were spectacular! And if you're game enough to do the walk, you should! And, the convenient guest parking right under the building is a blessing (again, if you can find it during peak periods)

Stayed at Q1 with my partner last weekend. Had a very enjoyable experience. Lovely hotel and facilities. Spectacular view from the 31st floor and even more so from the sky deck on the 77th floor where we had our buffet breakfast every day. Will definitely be back.
