Husband and I booked a trip to USA with Sam H. at Flight Center Chermside. Service was great then a few issues with the booking started after we had paid for the flights and hotel/activity deposit. Sam was hardly in the office when finalising our papers, bookings, etc. and his colleagues weren't interested. We were seated apart on the long haul flights because they didn't select seats when we paid for the flights. The hotel rooms were very poor in Vegas and LA. The New York hotel didn't have any rooms in our booked category available. Our city attraction pass had a number of expiries and limitations that weren't advised to us when we booked. We also paid so much more through Flight Center than other travel agency's or booking online. Save the hassle and booked direct online your self. We will be booking direct for these reasons
Very disappointed. Booked 9 months ago only to find out today that our family is not sitting together in our flight to America. With such a low focus on listening to the customer I can assure booking online for future holidays...

Have been waiting over a week for a quote that was suppose to come the same day. Lady was rude and practically refused to spend time with me and arrange my travel. Would not recommend going here.
