I asked for my tips to be shortened and the lady doing my nails told me that I was acting like I knew too much! She also felt the need to snatch my hand back after I flinched when she filed a sore that I had on my finger. Additionally, my friend was getting her nails done and the first nail colour came out ten shades darker than it was meant to! We were told that happened just because it was the first one out of the bottle... shake it! Not to mention the swatch of my nail colour was completely different to what I got and I am very disappointed. Absolutely never coming back! Can I vote no stars?
Recently went here for a Groupon shellac mani voucher and was far from impressed. Lady who was doing my nails was lovely but could tell she was rushing when doing them. Thought all was well after I paid and left but after looking in natural light when driving home saw she had done a terrible job. The gel wasnt set properly and the nails were dinted, scratched and still had bits of gel stuck on the nails. Being a paying customer I was not impressed at all!! I had to drive back to get them re-done (another 30 min drive )which was a huge inconvenience for me. Lady at first was trying to deny anything was wrong but after being seen by her senior, her senior agreed they hadnt been set properly and said she would re-do for me. Wouldnt recommend going here after my experience, but I guess you get what you pay for when you go through Groupon.
I had called twice confirming prices of waxing to be done and agreed to that price. Prices were also stated on the website. The lady serving me, who stated her mother owned the business, was in an overall unhappy mood. I felt tense and uncomfortable, despite conversations being made. She went on to charge me EXTRA than what was agreed on on the phone, showing me a flimsy pamphlet with the price. I told her the website prices are then outdated, and she said shell get someone to change it - ignoring the fact I had called twice as well to confirm. I didnt want to argue nor create a scene so I paid and left. Daylight robbery honestly. I definitely did not feel pampered nor treated with respect by the talented staff (words from their website). However I will give 1 star for getting the job done quickly and efficiently, I could then get out of there faster.
They do a great job with my nails and are lovely people.
