The girl who served me was lovely and very chatty and polite however she was not a senior stylist, she was alone in the salon and was not knowledgeable to pricing and packaging (which is advertised online). First time having henna on my brows and they were very dark and very big! They looked rediculous, not only did they look comical the wax also burnt the skin around my eye area. I spent a while scrubbing it off. Will not return unfortunately.

IT HAS CHANGED. An appointment was made with who was referred to as a 'senior artist.' The service asked for was an eye brow tint that was natural, within the lines of my natural brow line, feathered, and similar to my natural colour. The woman who completed the service was observed to not be a senior artist and spoke with another staff member, during the service, about 'practicing' beauty treatments on one another later in the day. The service provided was thick, black in colour, uneven, and far outside my natural eyebrow lines. I sent an email via their website, requesting reimbursement and assistance in rectifying the issue. This was ignored. I then had to spend two days scrubbing the dye off my face, in order to be presentable for my employment. I had previously attended this cosmetic business multiple times and this was my first issue.
PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS. DANGEROUS SALONWas a previously loyal customer. Like many of the girls that have had negative experiences and complications I have been completely ignored. Trialled a lash lift and complained of pain and discomfort during the procedure, only to be left for long periods. Was not given any after care information (found on google after from another salon). The next day my eyelashes were crimped and brittle and began falling out, its been 3-months and theyre only just recovering. Complicated by severe swelling on 1 eye and blood shot eyes. Could not wear any mascara during this time as they were so damaged and just clump together. Completely distressing. Contacted the store via phone, text and email. COMPLETELY IGNORED. They failed in their duty of care in following up complicications and have a complete lack professionalism. Would not recommend.
Went to get my lashes tinted and lifted. Booked with what I thought was a senior as I wanted a good job done (more experience expected with a senior). I arrived early and I wasn't sure if I even had the senior with my expected booking as the girl who was available took me right away. (which was fine). Anyways, as I was getting my lashes lifted, the girl doing them put the wrong coat on first, realized she had done this and had to remove, then when she put on the "right" coat, my eyes started burning, and she had to take off and clean my eyes, and had to re do all again, and as she did again, my eyes were still burning and had to wipe off again. I have gotten my lashes lifted a dozen times and this has never happened to me before. When she was done, my eyes were bloodshot for 4 days. Also, the lashes must have been over processed because its only been a week and they are now all short and burnt off, not even curled and have been falling out. And lastly, the tint is gone as well and its supposed to last 3 weeks?? Sorry, but I will never be going back to this place, especially after this bad experience and now seeing all the negative reviews.
