Very comfortable and the price is right...
The rooms were very clean, tidy, comfortable, functional and pleasant. The shower was great and the staff were lovely. We will be coming back!
CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FOR MINIBAR ITEMS I DIDN'T TAKEThe room was fine. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS CRAPY.service was poor, there was 4 of us in the family room - got only 3 towels, when we asked for 1 more they started to interview us for few minutes put us in a really awkward position like we need to beg for it. when we checked out we were asked if we used the minibar and answered we didn't (we had our own drinks and food), told that ALL GOOD so we left.for our surprise we discovered SOMEONE FROM THE MOTEL USED MY CREDIT CARD !!! called the hotel to find out why is that and was accused of using the minibar, well I didn't !!! but how convenient to accuse me now when I have no way to prove that and they can do whatever they want with my card. I recommend staying away from this place !!! very bad experience!
Stayed overnight in Hamilton for business.Definitely the most modern rooms I have found in Hamilton. Very clean, comfortable, modern rooms. I have stayed in a few different places in Hamilton and this one is the best.
