On arrival, reception was friendly & helpful in all respects. Room was immaculately maintained - bathroom facilities, hot water very good and room was equipped with efficient, reverse cycle airconditioning. If & when ever we are in Hamilton again this is where we will stay
We booked a room for the 3 of us at the very last minute and was lucky to have one room available to us. The service from beginning to end was exceptional and we were blown away by the level of cleanliness and tidiness of our room. I would have to say that Hamilton Townhouse Motel made my trip a comfortable one, considering that I'm extremely picky and a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness. My husband even said that his bed was more comfortable than our one at home! Thank you to the lovely owners of Hamilton Townhouse Motel, we are definitely looking forward to our next trip back in Hamilton !
