Anthony Alagona was the real estate agent I dealt with when buying my first home. At first he was easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. Towards the finance and settlement process it was tough for everyone included but he just seemed to make it harder for me. It's as though I was bothering him and I was so frustrated dealing with him towards the end. I'm really thankful I never have to deal with him again.

If it wasn't for a negative experience with the first agent I dealt with I would give Barry Plant five stars! Cannot recommend Damien C enough, he hands down saved a sale and turned around my whole experience after I was ready to walk away after the younger agent who was originally responsible for the sale was rude, arrogant and did not take me seriously as a purchaser. Damien contacted me directly within minutes of me sending an email about my experience and took full accountability for a fault that was none of his own and made the entire buying process seamless and happily answered any question I had.
