I've had a mixed experience with this agency. They communicate well, act in a professional manner, however there are times where I wonder how well they inspect my property and how hard they try when finding new tenants for my property.My property sat vacant for 3 months last year, which cost me a significant amount of money. In addition to this, when my new tenant finally moved in, there were numerous things broken that the previous tenants should have paid for and were not identified during the exit inspection (how does an agency not notice a broken oven door??). So, while the agency generally do their job well, there is a level of care that I would expect from an agency that isn't provided in full. Finally, their property sales team repeatedly contact me to ask if I'd like to sell my property. You'd think they'd want to keep my property on their management books, but it seems that selling it is something they're more keen to do.So 3 stars overall. They do the job, but don't give 100%.
I have been renting my property through Coronis for about 5 months now, and i can honestly say that they are the best real estate that I have dealt with. Very efficient, professional and are promt with all request made regarding the house. Couldn't be more satisfied
Terrible property managers. Ive now used Coronis to manage a property of mine as well as rent through them. They really dropped the ball both times. Useless at following up unpaid tenant rent and incredibly slow to complete basic functions including returning calls/emails
Have rented from this team for two years now! Not a negative thing to say! The team respond to queries in a timely manner, respect your rights as a Tennant by notifying you Re. Inspections. Thanks
