Our good boy did puppy preschool and gets all his treatments here. We used to use the grooming but found that the werent 100% honest with what was happening when we left him with them. We now have a dog that is petrified if anyone even looks like trimming his nails As such, we do not use the grooming services.
Use their vet for almost two year, no issue until we send our cat to their boarding for two weeks while we on holiday this September. We bring her home found a 50cents big abscess on our cat belly! Shocking and sad when over this vet, no apology from them, reason unknown. Im not happy with their attitude vet and owner, this might be one of the cat you handle everyday but this is our only cat! Our baby! We had experienced every fur kids owner worse nightmare, come back from holiday found our pet hurt! We will NEVER go back to this vet or cat boarding ANYMORE!
My apologies for the previous "review" provided by me - something had obviously gone technically wrong as I thought to have left 5 stars hands down. I have not visited the clinic as a customer, but when my cat took off and disappeared for 5days, this clinic was very supportive in taking details and the staff was genuinely lovely and caring. Thank you and again, and sorry- I definitely did not mean to provide 1 start as had initially happened!
So caring and putting everyone at ease.I just put my dog to sleep and the staff were amazing. They said we will send you a paw print and that's going to be tattooed on my daughter and myself.I know we were not very friendly Friday morning.Thank you for your time help and compassion
