The beer is too dear but the meal makes up for it flawless brilliant service and quality worth every cent
Was busy, waited 40 minutes for 3 meals. The calamari on the steak tasted fake, like rubber. Too much mayo on the burgers. Chips were nice. Staff were very friendly.
The Kent is an Awesome place to relax.It is the most amazing old building but so tastefully renovated.The food is first class.The kitchen is open all day, which is so handy.We visit Newcastle at least once a month and always eat at the Kent.You just know the food is good and you wont be disappointed.If Clinton is in the kitchen the food is So So So good.
Food and service is tasty with good variety on the menu. A quiet afternoon upstairs on the balcony is one of the nicest spots to eat and chill in Newcastle. The bar also has your regular tap beers and a nice selection of cocktails and specials.
