Rang the store up after having two studs shear off at tyre replacement ( wheels had previously been removed by Cooper Subaru at servicing ). After informing the the person on the phone of this, she assurred me it must of been the people at the tyre replacement shop and that her worker never used rattle guns. When I then informed I to had previously tried to remove said wheel and found the wheels studs cross threaded, she got all defensive and didn't want to talk to me anymore.I assume she was upset because I had caught her out.
