You can have two birthdays while waiting to be answered. Poor business practice.
Very disappointed after booking my vehicle in to have air bag replaced. Was told when I brought it in it would be ready at 4pm. At 4.05 pm I enquired if it was ready and was told that they hadn't forgotten about me! They were all apologetic when I said I had an appointment to be at 4.30pm, offered me a loan vehicle etc but nothing would get me to my appointment except if my car was ready when they told me it would be. So managed to get out of there at 4.35pm and missed appointment. Perhaps they could inform customers as to an update on how the replacement was going so we can make alternative arrangements but no I just sat in their waiting area and no one could think to inform me they were running behind. Maybe because this being a recall my costum isn't valued as other paying clients. But guess I will refrain from ever going there for a car service.
Well I walked around the yard looking to buy a new x-trail and no salesman came out to see if I was right so I will take my business somewhere else I would buy a car from them
Extremely disappointed by my elderly parents' recent experience with Kloster Nissan. A used car they purchased from Kloster Nissan has clearly had the odometer wound back. Kloster Nissan have been given the opportunity to resolve this issue directly with us but have failed to do so, and are now avoiding our phone calls. Next stop Fair Trading NSW.
Just sitting here waiting for my car. No matter what time you request it to be finished it is never on time and you never get a call to say its late. Im locked in here with a warranty but sometimes I wonder if its worth it.
