I undoubtedly won't recommend these guys. My wife got a Brand new car in 2014 from these guys including Road Side Assistance. She recently happened to have a breakdown and called up the number for help. They refused to provide help and said Road Side Assistance was made inactive since 2015. We were shocked and gave a ring to Newcastle Toyota and they said we made it inactive because of skipped servicing. Guys, they terminated the Road Side Assistance contract without informing the Customer as if Customer had no voice. That's their Level of Inhumane Customer Care.I am lost of polite words for these guys.You lost us! Our other car was purchased from Cardiff Toyota and haven't had any issues with them since 9 years. Your horrid act, now made our decision easier in picking Cardiff for future proposals.
I put a deposit down on a car and went through their finance and was told theyd get in touch with me and would call to tell me if I got approved, about a week went by and I get a notification that the car is sold and I still hadnt heard anything from Toyota so I messaged them and they dont reply but 20 minutes later I get an email saying Ive been declined, so they didnt even tell me I didnt get approved until it was too late but also didnt give me notice so I could sort out other finance for the car even though I had given a deposit.
Had a disastrous service and have never been back as staff and management were very unhelpful
Very bad organisation ! Bought a new car and wasnt even given a spare tyre or manual ! Staff were quite rude when we asked for these to all be fixed , 6 weeks later and still a battle
Very doggy and dishonest , I have been told t replace disk and brake pads ASAP. I took advise from local mechanics and there was no issue found with brakes. Don't trust them always seek advise from some one else before handing over your money.
