Great bunch of guys sold me a cheap Nissan Xtrail, needed a bit of work but that's why I bought it! follow up service was great too, lots of good clean affordable cars in their lot if your after a project they got it, if your after a good used car with warranty they can do that too, definitely recommend taking a look can't wait to start my next project, will definitely be back again soon!!
Not so impressive customer service. Today, I went to inspect and test drive some cars. My idea was to test drive few different SUVs to find out which is the most suited to me. Two of their salespersons were repeatedly asking me 'are you buying today'? I said no!! I wanted to test drive couple of interesting cars here and in few other dealerships before concluding which one I want. They were harsh at me and not interested to allow me test drive. I will go to a more responsive dealer and test drive the cars of my choice. Unhappy! The only person very active and helpful in their team is Eli; I missed meeting him today.
Service is impeccable, good dealership, quality used cars and awesome staff. Go see Tom for a good a deal.
