Appalling customer service. Booked a test drive through Pricilla drove 1.5hrs to Kloster Ford Hamilton only to be bluntly told yeah that cars sold. No courtesy phone call to alert me it had sold or to cancel my booking. Phoned Pricilla but of course she didnt answer. Sent a text- no response. Disgraceful. Dont waste your time with this dealership.

I got the car I wanted, at a price I was happy with, without all the BS. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to buy a vehicle contact Nikki Carter. Her service and professional manner was second to none. Nikki has now moved on from Cardiff Ford and I have had nothing but trouble with the after sale service there and being a business owner myself I do know how important after sale service is. As my family have purchase three brand new vehicles through her I had contact Nikki and she had sorted everything out for me in 48hr and I am still waiting for the general manager to contact me so if you buy a vehicle from Kloster ask for Nikki and you will get A1 service and after sale service through her.Kind Regards Dean

Cannot recommend Kloster Ford enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff here come with years of experience. They are very knowledgeable of the vehicles they sell, and they take the time to give you a proper assessment on your trade in. I bought my Ford Everest from Cameron, who I have followed from another dealership. Cameron is an amazing salesman, who will give your a detailed tour of the vehicle you are looking at, and never pressures you into buying anything. He is the best in the business. Highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in a Ford. Maddie, who looks after delivery, is such a geniunely nice person, who makes picking up your car a fun time. Erin who does the financing, has so much experience and a great personality, will work the figures to sort you out. And lastly, to the management, great to see you guys support your staff. And go out of your way to interact with your customers, including the dealer principal. I have converted to be a ford buyer, not only for a great vehicle, but because of customer service excellency. Kloster Ford is a gold standard by which other dealerships should model themselves after.
