We were traveling through Newcastle on our way to Adelaide and needed to get our Triton in for a scheduled service. We were given excellent customer service and were very happy with the time the service took. Would highly recommend.

Could not express the lack of customer service provided. I was forced to return to the place of purchase for my first service, only to be told it was actually booked in at Ford, than I had a phone call 2hrs later and my car had been moved to Honda.... by the way, I own a Nissan!!!! Even the staff seemed unsure as to why my car wasnt being serviced at Klosters Nissan!!! And the actual problem I took my car in for wasnt even fixed!!!A very unhappy customer.
